Furthermore, we display verified MD5 and SHA-256 checksums on each app's details page so you can independently verify file integrity. ### 2. Do I need Root access on my Android device? The vast majority (over 95%) of applications and games on AlveeMods do **not** require Root privileges. If an application specifically requires Root access, it will be prominently highlighted in the Technical Specifications section on the app's page. ### 3. How do I install an APK file on Android? 1. Download the desired APK file directly from AlveeMods. 2. Open your device's **Settings > Security & Privacy** (or Apps & Notifications). 3. Enable **"Install unknown apps"** for your browser or file manager. 4. Tap the downloaded APK in your notification drawer or Downloads folder. 5. Confirm the installation prompts and launch the application. ### 4. Will my installed mod update automatically? Modified APKs do not update automatically through Google Play Store because their signatures differ from official store packages.
